How is my order shippied?

We ship using the United States Post Office. Any order under $20.00 will ship First Class Mail for a flat rate of $3.95. All orders over $20.00 will ship for free via First Class Mail. There are additional shipping options available at an additional cost. If Rush Handling is purchased this does not affect the ground transit time, for quicker deliveries upgraded shipping will need to be purchased.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within one business day (weekends and holidays excluded). Unless the part you have ordered is out of stock or on back order in which case you will be contacted by our team.

Are all parts in stock?

Most parts are in stock and ready to ship, in some cases parts are on backorder. If a backordered part is ordered you will hear from our team and we will provide an estimated ship date. If a part is out of stock and there is not restock date the part will be marked "Out of Stock"

Can I track my package?

Yes, all orders unless special custom filters are provided with tracking information to the email you provide.

How do I create an account?

An account is created at the time of check out. Your account is to keep track of past orders, it does not provide shipping updates. For shipping updates please refer to the email that was sent to you. If the email can not be located please reach out to us and we will provide it.

What are OEM parts?

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts are non-refundable and can not be returned. If ordering an OEM part please ensure the correct part is being ordered.

What are the upgraded shipping methods?

If upgraded shipping is purchased and a part must be returned the shipping is not refundable. UPS Next Day Air and USPS Express are guaranteed services by the carrier. If UPS Next Day Air is not delivered within the next business day (weekends and holidays are excluded) please contact us and we will file a claim. USPS Express is a 1-2 business day service, if the item is not delivered with the 1-2 business days please contact us to file a claim.

Can I return my part?

Orders can be returned or exchanged. Please refer to our "Returns" page for details on how to initiate your return.

I input the incorrect address on my order, what should I do?

If the incorrect address was entered please contact us immediately, most orders are processed same day. If you find that your order went out for delivery and has been returned to us due to an incorrect address customer is responsible for the payment of a reship.
