RETURN POLICY / INSTRUCTIONS:


ALL RETURNS MUSTS BE SHIPPED NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS LATER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE

If you ordered the wrong Item you may return it. Item must be undamaged, and in new, unopened condition. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Orders are subject to a 20% restock charge. Any item that has been removed from the original package is subject to a re-packaging charge of $1.75 per item, over and
above any applicable restocking fees. In a case by case basis RPI reserves the right to waive the 20% re-stocking fee and refund the order less the shipping paid by RPI. If a part is returned and found to have been used a refund will be issued less a 50% re-stocking fee. Repair Parts Inc reserves the right to deny any return request, specifically any part that carries an electric current.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please alert us to any damage immediately so that we may put in a damage claim, and get replacement(s) to you as soon as possible. We may
request you provide digital photos for proof of damage, and reserve the right to deny your claim if documentation cannot be provided.

INCORRECT ITEMSĀ  SHIPPED:
Please alert us to this immediately prior to installation of the part and we will get the correct product to you as soon as possible. If the part is opened and installation is attempted this will void any replacement.

Warranty Claims:

If a part stops working after installation and within the 1 year warranty window a claim can be filed for a replacement. The customer must return the part to RPI for inspection prior to replacement. Customer is responsible for return shipping, once the part is received a replacement will be issued.

Additional Shipping Services:

Additional shipping services are offered upon checkout. RPI does notĀ  guarantee transit times on any ground services. USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days) and UPS Next Day Air (Next day excluding weekends) are guaranteed by their respective carriers. If one of these services are purchased and the transit times exceed the expected delivery window reimbursement will be provided. Customer must contact RPI, provide the tracking and a claim will be filed with the carrier. Upon approval and reimbursement of postage customer will then be reimbursed. Please note that there will be a shipping charge assessed from the refund. If USPS Express Mail is purchased customer will be charged for Priority Mail Service. If UPS Next Day Air is purchased customer will be charged for UPS ground service, reminder of funds for shipping will be refunded.
