The Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders placed before 2PM EST Monday-Friday will ship same day. This excludes weekends and National Holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment method Estimated delivery time. Note that ground transit times are estimated and not approximate. The only guaranteed deliveries are UPS Next Day Air and USPS Express.
- All Domestic Orders Under $19.97 (Hawaii and Alaska Excluded) will ship for a flat rate of $3.95 – 3-5 Business Days (USPS First Class Mail)
- All Domestic Orders Over $19.97 (Hawaii and Alaska Excluded) will ship for free – 3-5 Business Days (USPS First Class Mail)
- USPS Priority Mail – Pricing will vary based on zip code – 2-4 Business Days
- USPS Express – Pricing will vary based on zip code – Guaranteed 1-2 Day Service*
- UPS Ground – Pricing will vary based on zip code – 2-6 Business days
- UPS Next Day Air – Pricing will vary based on zip code – 1 Business Day*
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. All orders with a valid email address are provided tracking.
Repairpartsinc ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
*These shipping methods are guaranteed by their shipping carriers. If a package does not arrive in the time frame provided by the carrier a claim can be filed for money back. Repair Parts Inc is not responsible for the money back, we will file a claim on the customers behalf and once approved the funds will be distributed back to the original form of payment
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Repairpartsinc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours. We will collect the needed photos and information to file a claim. Replacements will be issued; we do not provide a refund for damaged parts.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for up to 10 business days after reporting the damages. In some cases, the package will need to be taken to your local post office or UPS location for inspection.
International Shipping Policy
Repairpartsinc does ship internationally. International orders must be called in at 440-499-7841. A shipping quote based on current pricing will be provided. All pricing seen is in USD.

Other Shipping Charges
Some items on the website will have an ‘oversized” shipping charge of $39.99. This is for larger items, this pricing is subject to change. If there are any questions about this charge, please contact us.
Shipping Transparency
We are very thankful that you decided to support our small family American business. When your order is placed, you will receive an email within 5 minutes confirming your order. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day (unless the filter is a made-to-order product). If the product is made to order, you will receive an email from our processing team with your estimated ship date.
Once your order is processed, an email confirmation with tracking is provided to the email address entered at checkout. An account is not required to receive this confirmation. The email will contain order details and a link to track your package. This tracking number will be updated by the carrier you have selected to ship with. As the shipper of the product, we are limited in what we can do if a package is not delivered in the estimated time frame.
WHAT WE CAN DO
- We can monitor the package to ensure it is in the carrier network selected
- We can file a lost package claim after 10 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). If a lost package claim is filed, a replacement order will be shipped at no cost with the same delivery method originally selected. It is at the responsibility of the customer to refuse the delivery of the second package should it arrive.
- If your package is damaged in transit, contact us, and we will make sure you receive a fully functioning product.
WHAT WE CAN'T DO
- We cannot send a replacement package out before the 10-day window.
- We cannot communicate with the carrier to find out where your package is. The order is addressed to you, this is legally your property. We have provided the tracking number for reference should you have to call the carrier for details. If the package states it was delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to contact the carrier for further instructions.
